GEL ONLY APPOINTMENTS

Reign Nails NY exclusively specializes in gel enhancements, offering a refined alternative to acrylics and other services.

DEPOSIT

A non-refundable deposit is only required for first-time clients and your card will be kept on file. A no-show fee will still be charged if you miss your appointment without notice.

LATE ARRIVALS

We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals.
If you arrive more than 16 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to accommodate the remaining time. A late fee may be incurred.

CANCELLATION

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is not given or for no-shows, 20% of the service total will be charged.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

At Reign Nails NY, your safety is our top priority. For your first appointment, we require that your nails be bare, natural, and healthy to ensure proper care and treatment. We only remove nail enhancements that we have applied, as we prioritize the health of your natural nails.

PARKING

There is a parking lot available in front of the salon. Please arrive a few minutes early to secure parking, as spaces may be limited.

EXTRA GUESTS

Due to space and safety concerns, we kindly ask that you do not bring any more than one guest or child to your appointment unless they also have a scheduled service.
